I Enjoy Renting
Mood:  cool
Now Playing: Fallout 3
Why do people hate gamers?  We're smart.  Smarter than the impulsive buyers anyway.  When a new game comes out, I don't buy it.  Even if it got rave reviews.  Why?  Because the game may not be for me.  Take Fallout 3 for example.  I love that game.  But I only knew because I rented it.  I could have bought it and totally loathed it.  But I would be stuck with it.  NO!  I take the smart path.  I go to BlockBuster and try before I buy

Why Should I Care?
Mood:  irritated

I often play online, PS3 for those who care (PSN ID:  MyGameName).  Now, PSN is similar to XBL now that trophies are here (exept it's free! IN YOUR FACE XBL!).  So, recently, I've been getting people asking me not to get something so that they can get a trophy, and frankly, I'm sick of it.  Trophies (and subsequently Acheivements) are made to show skill at a game, and add replayability.  The thing is, what happens to the replayability when punks like them ruin people's fun by yelling not to pick something up or even TKing.  If i'm the admin, I just kick them, but if not, I'll just get it anyway.  It's not like I'm stealing.  I hate how people tell me what to do, too.  If I get out of where they want me, they kill me.

In conclusion, I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU GETTING YOUR PRECIOUS TROPHY, I CARE ABOUT THE GAME.  I WILL PUT YOU ON MY BLOCK LIST IF YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO.  RESPECT THE GAME, NOT YOURSELF.
